So apparently there's many companies that are delayed in their filing. more common than I thought.

I get emotional just like everybody else. When I take a step back and evaluate the business itself nothing has really changed.

They still have the UK deal.
They still have the Covid based increase in sales.
They still have multiple distributors.

I would've loved the K to come out on time. But like I said, it's happening to many companies and is due to the pandemic slowing things down.
