I don't recall the Drs. going into detail about how many times they applied and the reasons why it was denied outright or denied pending additional info as speculated by Respert24:
Maybe they had but are redoing them, but it came across to me as a new initiative. So in my opinion, and logically, something must have changed from the last few attempts. Maybe they’ve been given feedback that they need that in place first. Or they’ve gotten further into the process for the first time. It’s still all speculation on our parts because we aren’t privy to the discussions, but perhaps the protocol efforts are a clue to how much closer we are to compassionate use approval?
