Best way to keep the trolls out of your mailbox is to click on their name, which will take you to their Member Profile page, then click on "Block Messages" so they can't PM you with their bull shit. If you also click on "Ignore This User", they won't be able to give you the "thumbs down", and you won't see their idiotic efforts on the board. Mods don't use the ignore feature because we need to see their lies so we can delete them and prevent new onlookers from being misled by the phony con artists.
