FYI - if you privately respond to the trolls' private mailbox messages, you give them credit for "influencing" your behavior, which is a performance metric for social media influencers. If these trolls are not getting paid for their terrible work, then they really are the biggest losers ever.

I say this because I get these loser's messages sent to me privately all the time. I must trigger them, constantly. They know they will get deleted immediately if they made public comments on this message board. I just delete them privately, too. It's a lovely win-lose situation, with them losing.
