As for a PR about BLA completion, to expect one the same day the docs are due is a little unrealistic. Company says docs will be submitted today. That could be 5pm PST.
Stop looking for Nader to hold your hand because the shorts got under your skin. Many here were surprised to learn the FDA wanted additional docs and it wasn't "completed," but none of us construed that as "it wasn't filed."
It has since been discussed here ad nauseum. Anyone at this juncture still claiming the BLA wasn't filed weeks ago is either...
