I am holding my irritation until tomorrow. CYDY said they would file the supplemental data on May 11th, and I assume it did not happen early enough during the day today to issue a PR. As someone else pointed out already, it could happen at COB today.
If we don't hear that the supplemental data was submitted today in a press release tomorrow, then I will be mildly irritated, because CYDY shouldn't promise something near term if it thinks there is a chance of not delivering. As you note, it's a bad look. No disagreement here.
Until then, though, I am giving CYDY the benefit of the doubt on the issue.
