He's repeatedly said he did not want to dilute... and today stated he could have dumped 10M on the market (diluton) but opted against doing that to shareholders...

Like I said, I don't know what he'll do (personally) with funds he got from this... maybe he will have an explanation or answer... all he said was he was doing this because they needed funds for manufacturing.
