I can only speak for myself. In light of the confirmation he sold over 4mil shares, of which none of that money was directed to the company, I fail to see the difference he was attempting to make. Him selling 4mil+ shares vs selling 10mil to another party?

Actually, I would have rather had him do a placement with a third party for 10mil or 20mil shares vs him selling a ton of stock personally. It doesn't look good. Or at the very least, I would have preferred he exercise his warrants and not sell any stock.

As of this post, the only money raised for the company was from him and the other director exercising warrants. Maybe tomorrow we get another PR that he's injecting that cash back into the company. If so great, but that PR would have been much better timed by issuing it today.
