He must have reasons for such and I would ask him to explain... at this point, I either trust the CEO or I don't... for me, there's too much going on to disbelieve he has the best interest at heart...

He's been somewhat asking folks to excercise their warrants for a reason... to me, it's got to be about raising dollars as they are immediately needed.
