What I want is confirmation that the Legacy Debt Holders that signed that SPV agreement aren't selling due to our failure to meet terms. I cannot imagine Magna is selling given the pressure they're under, but maybe they are. Perhaps the other Legs are selling though, competitively.

I, maybe foolishly, bought a touch more yesterday. Might sell quickly. Monday should pop, we'll see what is said.
