Why didn’t DECN show them a working test? Or video footage from the “Korean Partners” that “Validated the Technology” of a working test? That should have been MORE than satisfactory for the SEC, to see a WORKING SARS-Cov-2 test?!
Really? And then why didn't the SEC ask to see the kits? They had 51 days to do this. Another day, another chance for Always to campaign for the DECN CEO job.
If I were Berman I would follow the same path used by NBDR and demand all of the documents relied upon by the SEC. They will receive them all ... all of the complaints from message board posters, all of the crazy trading sheets, all of the interviews of other company CEOs. Berman already knows what the SEC has and all of the good guys in the stock will find this out too. Sunlight is the best disinfectant.
A few scores to settle here. Stay tuned. Always, IMO, should have asked for indemnification from the SEC before telling all of his lies. Boy oh boy oh boy.
