Well weav it sure didn't take you very long to figure out exactly the same things that bother KB. Certainly he has exculpatory information to the contrary. And, why did it take the SEC 51 days to seek "immediate" relief.
The announcement made last night by the company is IMO the first step in a strategic plan. I believe things will be quiet for a few days.
