I've only skimmed, but it also seems that's for very serious/critical cases. If Patterson and Lalezari have their way, leronlimab will be administered much sooner and hopefully reduce the need for therapy at that stage. There's likely room for both.

That said, though for my trading account I hate to see any competition, I'm thrilled to see anything out there saving lives.
