....the input was 30 tons of plastic ....
.....and 45000 litres of HTF.

That is 45000 litres of HTF to produce 27000 of finished product !!

400 gallons of HTF is needed per ton of plastic.
The machine is claimed to handle 30 tons in a batch.
400 gals = approx 1514 liters
1514 x 30 = approx 45,420 liters used oil needed per 30 ton batch.
30 tons of plastic is approx 27,215.5 kg.

P2O has always claimed 1 liter of fuel produced for every kilogram of plastic and the various reports are close to that number.

So a single 30 ton batch of plastic needs 45,000 liters of used oil to produce 27,000 liters of fuel
