Re: TylerDurden #28402
Gerald reiterated again no RS anytime soon. I don't think he is opposed to trying a RS uplist again eventually, especially if that strategy works well with TOMDF. If they prove it can be done with TOMDF I will be all ears too. It made sense at the time. It failed because a crime was committed against all of us. Read through the Magna lawsuit. They did the exact same thing to us. And Gerald failed us in his due diligence. All of that could happen again. But exactly as Maui said, many lesser men would have given up already. He is an imperfect champion. And theoretically, this strategy works.
I have no comment on Hempori. How could I, there is almost no public info. We will see the situation soon enough in financials. AMBS financials for last year and Q4 will be out by end of month.
They've been trying to consolidate convertibles for over a year now with little success. And more convertibles have been issued over the years. You can map these out, they all have terms with explicit expirations.
There we have it. Maui says 49, I say less, maybe 25% of shares x $4 or whatever they're worth after 6 month lock up or whatever the terms are. Point being. It's not public info. But agreed Maui, it will be a good thing.
