Questions for the medical scientists:
1. After establishing itself enough to be detected in the nasal cavities, when and
how does the virus enter the blood stream?
2. Should the therapeutic approach stress local therapy vs systemic for asymptomatic or mild cases if and when the disease is confined to the upper respiratory tract before it reaches the lungs?
3. Is it inevitable that once infected locally the disease will become systemic and also create antibodies in the blood?
4. During which stages of the progression might Leronlimab be effective?
5. Can sinus irrigation or other initial local measures mitigate progress of the virus
thus giving the immune system time to develop an appropriate response?
These questions may be simple and already addressed, but when faced with a highly contagious airborne HIV type disease no stone must be left unturned if we are to understand what we are facing so that we can beat this thing.

Thank you for any kind reply.
