The pre-14c filing specifically lists the current OS.

The effective date of the RS is to be about May 18

So, I think Mark does not expect (or is pretty sure there will not be) any more dilution until the RS.

And as zpaul alluded to earlier, hopefully the new financing will not incur dilution either.

Then it is just waiting on revenues whenever they show up.

Now watch a ton more dilution just because I said this.
