Hi All,
I worked for Belk corp until 2017 and was there when Sycamore Capital bought the company in 2015. They would not put money into SFOR unless they thought they could make a huge return. They (SC) will require many changes and make SFOR get its house in order. I am not happy about the reverse split, but knowing how Sycamore works makes it a little easier to swallow. They did eventually replace all of the top management. It will be interesting to watch this play out.
