The part where it says it is our intent to uplist in 2021.
IMO, they certainly can't do that until they have the revenues in place that can drive up the share price to a point where the r/s will put them in that position.
I don't see that happening this year. Sadly, I think the r/s is coming soon, otherwise there was no point in announcing it.
This has been a let down to say the least.
Someone can please correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel management's biggest mistake was being too nice during the lawsuit phase. Didn't they agree to switch states for the lawsuit that eventually did us in? Wasn't it supposed to be on the east coast and they agreed to move it to shady CA?
