$SFOR Sycamore Partners has approx $10 billion in aggregate committed capital & they have more than $15 billion in capital under management.

What is Sycamore Partners getting in return? IMO- Post split they will be getting common shares of SFOR or some sort of equity interest else how they will make money on their investment?
In any case, SFOR has to bring in big revenue from FirstData/PCI/... and other large deals that they touted for quite some time to go & sustain on any major exchange.
Did Sycamore see the revenue coming?
