I see on the WSR registration form, participants on the call are asked to write in questions... which means no LIVE question-answer whereby I or anyone can ask a follow-up question to something one of the doctors says, right?

Does anyone know if this site is safe to provide the info they aks for? And once you register, do they bombard with ads or solicitations, etc.?
