This is the kind of information that is news to medical professionals (think most of them are unaware of Leronlimab- there are three surgeons/doctors in my family and none knew about it) and great news for regulators and the general public... it needs to get out there so there would be demand and possibly help to gain approvals and even funding to allow for as much manufacturing as possible.
