It is interesting ... I was just never comfortable with Zithromax because of the prolong QT interval , and this being longer active...I never prescribed or use it..
I know many do successfully...

In my work I liked better Clarithromycinn , but this just me...

Member in my family use Clarithromycin couple of times in the past , being on HCQ , there was never a problem... I know one patient mean nothing .....
