Normally I would agree, 100%, with respect to emergency approval... I definitely agree it won't be in one week, also, but I don't think it will wait for the full four weeks+, either, in this specific case.
It's an extremely small sample size (so far), but the T cell counts at 0, 3, 7 days is nothing short of remarkable... if the same is witnessed for patients being enrolled in the next two weeks, and if the secondary (2 week) endpoint continues to have severe patients coming off ventilators and/or having miraculous, 3 day recoveries... I think it will be a PR nightmare for the FDA or anyone else who gets in the way of a "miracle cure."
So I'm cautiously optimistic Not next week, but before June? Entirely possible, IMO.
