yep .. observations are correct
CDEL has not adjusted one trade @ *ask* or @ *UC ask*
for every *trade* done recently .. regardless of *size*
just a reminder .. CDEL and NITE split the *efforts* (PRIMARY) on PTOI
in 2019 (5 months per)
