If possible, myself and so will all of my friends with our substantial number of shares will vote vehemently against a R/S if it comes to the table. That course of action is a fantastic way to destroy shareholder value and we urge others not to encourage a R/S as well. We also doubt however that this has even a 1% chance of being brought up by management since we are already so close to uplisting organically. Its interesting to note though that this idea is normally brought up periodically newer names to the board.
