I don’t understand why some continue to bring up R/S. NP has stated multiple times that a R/S would not happen.
Since the recent share price increase we are closer than we have ever been and a R/S would not address the capital requirements. Sure it may help a little to get a few more institutional investors, but we would still be on the OTC and the share price would likely fall back to previous levels until uplisted.
This R/S logic is like not having the money to pay your credit card bill, so you open a new bank account and transfer all your money into it. You still can’t pay the credit card bill because the issue is not the bank account itself, but lack of money in the account. JMO.
