A peak value would be when B-OM, oral B-IBD, B-ABSSSI, B-COVID19 and K are all approved. The best time to partner Brilacidin's platform is when oral B-IBD and B-COVID19 are successful in Phase 2. B-OM and B-ABSSSI have done that.
Another factor is patent expiration. Oral B-IBD and B-ABSSSI will expire in 2029 / 2030. B-OM will expire in 2032. K will expire in 2030. The closer to the expiration date the less BP is willing to pay, in my opinion.
