I'm not sure why this is a big deal, They will enroll more than the 342 or 390 patients anyway to cover for patients that drop out of the trial. They have always done this in other trials. Unless the trial never completes because of emergency approval.

However, if Redchip can't get the facts strait, then i agree it is yet another example of their sloppiness.
