I think this is a very smart move, sending data to the FDA now and asking for emergency approval. It puts the burden on the FDA to not hold this back. It shows Cytodyn is moving as fast as possible to save the most lives. If the FDA does not get back quickly and/or does not grant emergency approval, it is on them. It also would suggest the data Is very compelling.
