I guess just because the FDA likes to take it's time doesn't mean we have to. For all of NPs faults and sometimes over exuberance that comes off as sales pitchy, the man does not let anything slow him down.... including the US FDA. They don't want to approve, then let's just start trials everywhere under the "protocol guidelines" of course. *wink wink*.
