The numbers are hard to believe, I actually did not refer to them as, frankly, I though "this cannot be truth" or he meant 405 rather than 4 or 5.
But then he went on to say the patients where the "worse of the worst " and that a patient with CD4 less than 200 is called an AIDS patient. And then repeated 4 or 5 again.
