Even though Todd is not authorized to say much its more of what he hasn't said in PRs say that is telling.

i think we can infer that he intends to notify us when benchmarks occur. The contact plainly states that many Event, Tasks and at least one Milestone were due for completion weeks ago. He did not notify us of any benchmarks complete as he just confirmed that he would. Therefore none have take place.

Again where is there greater benefit or damage. Announce the completion of benchmarks or do not announce the completion of benchmarks? Clearly greater benefit in announcing these benchmarks complete.Is there some much greater benefit by delaying this announcement or announcing all information at once? Actually this isn't even an option as Todd has confirmed that they aren't announcing all at once they are announcing as benchmarks happen.

Greater benefit or damage. Announce tasks not complete according to schedule or stay silent. Greater damage if announced. Less damage if not announced. Trying to "extend and pretend"

Not only are tasks not complete they likely haven't even started.
