Well, Bravo and Zoli, although I certainly would like to have more info from Todd, my takeaways from this exchange are:

1). Todd isn’t authorized to say anything of value in an email, so he’s throwing out boiler-plate statements that we can’t read too much into.

2). Zoli’s email was, in summary a (not undeserved) negative critique of Todd’s job performance... so we shouldn’t be surprised at the non-negative approach he took to it.
