I am not sure if those in NY State are that unresponsible , or they , doctors , nurses , working with very sick , days and nights and try to protect their and their family life's have some rights .

So some anecdotal , but strong results shows that if one take lover dose of Plaquanil
( hydroxychloroquine ) as a prevention , it may work as a prevention ,

So some doctors who work day and night with those patients , tried to have some protection and take low dose of it , and Gov Cuomo banned that , well , soon , we can all be happy , if this will continue , he will need to work himself to take care of patients...
