Ok, this new Forbes article was pushed to me by one of my Google Alerts:

It's a very comprehensive list of companies -- the best I have seen to date.
The good news is that we are prominently listed in the Treatments section.
However, there's a whole lot more competitors than I realized (I knew some -- just not all).
Does anyone have any thoughts on how we fit into this equation?
