Someone recently compared NP as the Elon Musk of OTC. I think that is a fairly accurate description, including these unrealistic timelines in their heads that both give publicly and the high level of demand they expect from their employees, to they way the present, with a lot of flair, is very similar as well.
Of course, we don't know the communication between the FDA and NP, which the BOD would know to see how much of the delay was on the FDA and how much was a self-inflicted wound. NP will never blame the FDA. The first rule when getting a drug approved. So publicly we will never know.
