On December CC Nadar was asked since BLA was not going to be submitted in December will it be submitted by January. Nader responded paraphrasing - absolutely it will be submitted by January enthusiastically with no doubt. If were me I would have said something like - we think have everything ready unless FDA changes the requirements then submission date may move. I am just a mid-level manager in a big organization and I know better than to set expectations with my customer base and not deliver. I would be unemployed if I missed as many deadlines especially ones that I created.

The difference in my approach and Nadar's is reality vs artificially making it seem like something was imminent(pumping).

If I kept promising you to deliver something you have paid me for pretty soon you would lose faith in me and I lose credibility.
