Technically, if the FDA gave their guidence of what to file, Cytodyn is the one to determine when they file. It may take longer for the FDA to approve the BLA but filing it should be doable in my opinion. Unless, of course Amerex is overloaded with Covid issues and it is now on the lower priority. Either way, it is a legit reason to miss the end of the month to file.
