While many were angry at the amount of stock the the BOD would get for BTD, I think most felt that the BTD award would be worth it. They gave themselves 6 months I believe to get BTD, so there is still a few months to get it done, but with the speed of the FDA, or lack there of, it's probably not going to happen IMO.
