Hi Buildit,
Thank you so much for the research! When I reached out to the company the other day, I was told the approval for Form 10 can come in quicker than 60 days...so hopefully way before May 11.
I am just trying to keep up my eternal optimism....

It appears to me that, if all the necessary items are taken care of during the 60 day period, there would need to be a Generex board meeting after the approval ("typically 2 to 4 weeks before completion of spinoff" . Then record date set for shares set ("typically less than 2 weeks before distribution date" .
So it looks like, if the Form 10 becomes effective 5/11, and IF all the details are taken care of along the way, NGIO could be spun by end of May...
Anyone have other thoughts?
