I was trying to read up on the NGIO spin and what might need to happen after Form 10 is approved (filed on 3/12, to become effective after 60 days (or sooner?) on 5/11.
I found this article somewhat helpful, even though it's from 2010 (click 2nd link on this search result to get PDF... check out the "Spinoff Transaction Timetable):

It appears to me that, if all the necessary items are taken care of during the 60 day period, there would need to be a Generex board meeting after the approval ("typically 2 to 4 weeks before completion of spinoff" . Then record date set for shares set ("typically less than 2 weeks before distribution date" .
So it looks like, if the Form 10 becomes effective 5/11, and IF all the details are taken care of along the way, NGIO could be spun by end of May...
Anyone have other thoughts?
