That is not true. There were people who were healthy who went into arrhythmia.
They were young, too.
If you're dying, you take the medication whether there's a risk of death from the medication or not. If you have a chance of survival without it, you wait until it becomes clear that you need to take the chance.
Chloroquine ALONE looks promising. If I were sick I would ask for the chloroquine ALONE, and not add the azithromycin unless it looked like I would die without it. THAT'S when you get in trouble, the two of them together.
