Yes , but this virus was identified only January 7 of 2020, according to Harvard Medical School...
And our Congress was very busy at the time..

But thankfully within couple of weeks President put a ban with travel between China.....

And its takes few months normally after identifying the virus to have accurate test ...

And some think , that stopping travelling just delayed what was coming , and who knows , maybe they right...

Situation as this no living person encountered ......
most are learning , and I just hope that most listen to the advise , so hopefully many of us can survive...

There are many things we still don' know about this virus..
We know it is much more contagious and deadly than a flu , much more difficult then SARS was..

But most young and healthy surviving without problem...Now I am reading by 40....
