Wow, Biz! The longest I've been on hold with them is 30 minutes, which is insane enough. That is beyond inexcusable. When it is time for me to sell off some intial shares, and I need that to happen asap and hope it happens starting with a NASDAQ uplist soon, I hope the hold time isn't that long. I wish I didnt have Etrade now anymore, but I'm also not going through the hassle of changing brokerages at all. Just hope our day to prosper with UNVC is fast approaching, then I will worry about Etrade hold time. Lol.
