Just sat on hold with Etrade for 1 hour and 37 minutes. Never spoke to a human. All of the sudden I was connected, and the prompt goes, " Scott Garner is not available, please leave a message after the beep". And then the call ended.

I have no clue who Scott Garner is, or wtf happened, but I'm P!$$ED to say the least.
