Hylander,
I fully agree with you. I have no problem with a company being silent for months, as some stated here, and that is when they work in silence and do their business, but when they are making BOLD promises that "everything starts moving again, once the dividend is paid ...." and then even be specific about as to what exactly is supposed to get moving again, then I am expecting either a follow through as promised, or a follow up or update explaining why it did not work out as planned and what the current status of the matters is. Great example is the canceled trip to China. It is perfectly understandable why Joe did not fly to China, but still we, the shareholders, need to get informed that it was canceled because of the Corona Virus and are not left in doubt that it might as well was because the entire deal was canceled in the last minute. This kind of making a promise and then not holding it, is what causes confusion or doubt and gives endless amunition to all the negative posters on other boards. And that in turn, is ONE OF THE causes for the shareprice to currently plunge again!!!
So either keep your mouth shut and deliver without a notice/promise in advance whenever things are ready to be announced. Or make promises for things to be ready to be announced publicly "within the coming days/weeks or months" and then I am expecting to receive additional information within that crude time frame. That is how propper communication is supposed to be done and an indication for true transparency, as Joe constantly tells us he wants to maintain. It is EXTREMELY INTRANSPARENT the way they are NOT informing us about what is currently going on within the company.
