That's not even the point here.
The point is the way that Generex is delivering their information to shareholders and others.
Again, they made commitments to provide information, to do things. They simply failed to do either. They did not provide any reason why.
This is not how a company should be run. Again, Joe brags about he has all of these CCs, yet no information. The PRs we are getting tell of nothing concerning what is really going on with the company itself or what they said they would be providing.
This is simply another failure of commitments by Generex and cannot be excused.
They did this before the dividend and they continue to do it after. But this to me is pretty big, because they made a big deal out of it in how they announced it in that PR and with NGIO, we should have at least gotten something publicly about the S-1.
