My problem is that they stated publicly they would make announcements and they would do certain things. Neither happened. The right thing for Generex to have done was to explain why they did not do any of these to their shareholders and even to the public.

Instead, it has just been silence. Joe has always bragged about how he has all of these CCs and he does more than any other company in history and so forth. Yet, we have nothing. Nothing to explain the silence, nothing to explain why they failed to follow up on anything they said they would do.

We simply have nothing.
