Don't get me wrong in my assessment.....you are right in everything you mentioned......except EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES....and we are in the middle of THOSE TWO WORDS....i really feel for those who want the pedal to the metal, like they say.....but timing also plays a role.....and patience is a virtue...
